I may be down But, I’m Definitely Not Out!!
I’ve been wanting to do this for quite some time now and I’m finally going through with it! YAY!
I thought it might be helpful to have something with you while you are out and about just in case you have an anxiety/panic attack. Something to focus on and to remind you that everyone on High AnXieties supports you. I also wanted it to be something that no one but you would know what it meant. This giving you the option to keep it private. I came up with the logo, 555 YANA. Doing breathing exercises is one of the most popular technique recommend here on HA to help you through an attack. Slowly Inhale for 5 seconds, Hold for 5 seconds and slowly exhale for 5 seconds. Repeat as necessary. The letters YANA means, You Are Not Alone. I’ve made two key chains with this logo on High Anxieties Zazzle store. Also I couldn’t help but make a woman’s T-shirt and sandals. It was just too much fun. lol I’m only profiting .5% on each sell and will be donating all profits to a mental health charity. I will announce what one soon as I’m currently searching for one. My hope is to give you, who may be publicly pushing through an attack, the support we give here on HA.
